By accessing and using TwoKangaroo's website and subscription service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TwoKangaroo provides a monthly subscription service delivering authentic Australian food including pies, sausage rolls, and treats to customers in the United States. Our service includes:

  • Monthly delivery of selected Australian food products
  • Flexible subscription management through our customer portal
  • Quality guarantee on all food products
  • Customer support for orders and delivery issues

3. Subscription Terms

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • Your billing date is determined by your initial subscription date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice

Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Valid payment method required for subscription activation
  • Failed payments will result in service suspension after 3 attempts
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information current

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting support
  • Cancellations effective at the end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access to customer portal continues until subscription expires

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries occur on predetermined weekly schedules by delivery zone
  • Specific delivery dates provided during subscription setup
  • Schedule changes require minimum 48 hours advance notice
  • Holiday schedules may vary and will be communicated in advance

Delivery Address

  • Delivery limited to supported zip codes in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area
  • Address changes must be made through customer portal
  • Address changes may affect delivery schedule
  • Unable to deliver to PO boxes or business addresses

Missed Deliveries

  • Customers must be available during scheduled delivery windows
  • Repeated missed deliveries may result in service suspension
  • Contact support immediately for delivery issues
  • No refunds for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

5. Product Quality and Returns

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and freshness of all our products. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds available for damaged or defective products
  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence may be required for quality claims
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and delivery information
  • Maintain current payment method information
  • Be available during scheduled delivery windows
  • Report delivery issues promptly
  • Use service only for personal consumption
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers

  • Damage to property or injury caused by product misuse
  • Issues arising from third-party payment processors

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the month the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold TwoKangaroo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
